House of country renovated on a level, with great kitchen equipped and living room with chimney. Close centre town and mall and gone tous.les.jours in season, but calm district. 2 rooms (1 bed doubles and 2 new bunk beds) and 1 living room with settee reads and TV. Shaded air shaft with living room of garden, 2 deckchairs and 2 bicycles at disposal. Possibility of parking a car. The very pleasant Island of Oléron because of its microclimate offers multiple sports activities (golf, horsemanship, school of veil, water sports, pedestrian excursions and cycle tracks). In love with nature, you will not be disappointed. Near to the Small rock, Rochefort, Royan, Palmyre, Holy, Brouage, the Island of Aix, the visits can be numerous. The Headlight of Chassiron, Strong Boyard, the Marsh with the Birds, the Castle, the Port of Cotinière, the oyster beds sites of are as many discovered and nature.
